2nd Generation OC
Name: Ryuu Hikura (sometimes called Doraiku I'll explain later x3)
Gender: just male :3
Chakra Nature's: fire release and water release (but mostly water)
Jutsu:
血液の百針
Ketsueki no hyaku-hari (one thousand needles of blood)-
A jutsu that he uses where he takes the water molecules from the air and forms it into tiny needle like things that pierce into the opponent's body's vessels which can cause blood clots depending on where the needle like things hit it can cause difficulty in breathing, thinking, or mobility and it causes much pain

水の浸水
Mizu no shinsui (inundation of water)
pretty self explanatory... there's just like a big wave that covers the arena... like a miniature flood

水の死を踊る
Mizu shi no odoru (dancing water death)
so ryuu likes playing on his flute from time to time (no the flute doesn't have magical powers its just a plain old flute XD) and he uses his water manipulation to make the water "dance" with his music. He hasn't completely finished this jutsu, but the idea is to capture the opponent in the spectacle and then make the water capture the opponent and kill them (modeled after gaara's sand coffin but is incomplete )

Kekkai Genkia: just the normal one that all hikura have

Weaknesses: His hard headed-ness can get him into trouble, he has a tendency to not work too well in teams 'cause he can be a troublemaker, ummmmm I'll have to think of some more xD

Personality in battle/and out:
Outside of battle---> he fools around, he likes to flirt, he's pretty rebellious, kinda hard headed, can be a jerk xD he cares about his friends and family

During battle---> he becomes more serious when he needs to focus or when someone he cares about gets hurt
If nothing is happening then he starts to lack off and fool around again just to lighten up things
Other:
So about his conflicting last name... His mom is from the kakiri clan (kakiri, fuka) and his dad is from the hikura clan (hikura/Doraiku, kaito) because of his mother, but Kaito's dad was part of the Doraiku clan. Ryuu and his dad would have both been just Doraiku if Kaito's dad hadn't died before kaito was born do therefore kaito ended up with a mix up of last names and so the mix up continued on onto Ryuu.
He is sometimes referred to as a mongrel by other hikura members because he comes from so many clans (mostly called this because he has both Doraiku and hikura blood though, and some people don't like that)
Ryuu has some attraction to Maiko but hasn't really told her anything at all because he knows she and Ren (the kazekage's son) have a relationship or something going on and he doesn't want to tell her anything for he fears that it might ruin their friendship.
He also plays the flute as a way to pass time/ enjoy himself/ relax etc.
